Our delicious Sweet Corn Custard Pie is back from hibernation with local sweet corn finally arriving to the Twin Cities from Untiedt's Vegetable Farm.
With a custardy corn puree marrying with the irresistible crunch of whole kernels, this pie is an edible ode to the Midwest and is one we can't wait to bring back every year.
