Founded in 2019, Vikings and Goddesses Pie Company is small, woman-owned wholesale bakery based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. By utilizing small farms and Minnesota-based businesses, our baked goods highlight the best of what the Twin Cities has to offer.
We make pie with a purpose and believe small, intentional acts can affect change. It all starts with a slice. Our pies are always made with Baker's Field Flour and Hope Creamery butter. We try to work with local farmers to utilize seconds and surplus crops to minimize food waste.

We offer a wide variety of products, some on our everyday menu and some speciality items. Check out our breakfast pastries at. Backstory Coffee Roasters, Nina's Coffee Cafe, Lost Fox, SK Coffee, and Abogados Cafe. You can find our frozen pie crusts at Wise Acre Eatery, Kieran's Kitchen and Market, and East Side Food Co-Op. We also make burger buns for our friends at Abang Yoli at Malcolm Yards and on Nicollet Ave. Finally we provide the desserts for one of the best steakhouses in the country, Manny's.
Rachel Anderson began baking professionally in New York City more than 10 years ago. After working and managing a wholesale cupcake business and writing a nachos cookbook, Ultimate Nachos, Rachel moved to Minneapolis in 2014 with her husband and fellow cook, Yoji. Rachel continued to work at various well-known restaurants in Minneapolis including Birchwood Cafe, Revival, and Bellecour. Yoji brings almost 6 years experience at Spoon and Stable to V&G as we continue to grow and expand our offerings to include bread, pasta, and other baked goods.
