Pear Cranberry Crisp

I love pie. Well, that's obvious. But I like to eat A LOT of pie. So that means I can't be eating sugar bomb after sugar bomb after pecan pie! Enter cranberries. Tart enough to balance out all the sugars, but treated well they make a tasty pie and are able trick my brain into thinking I'm eating healthy-ish. (I said -ISH!) Pear that with fresh pairs. No wait. Pair that with fresh pears, see what I did there, and top with our crisp topping. To make it even more festive, we add rosemary caramel on top. This pie is perfect breakfast pie, afternoon snack pie, or dessert pie served alongside a hot toddy as you settle in to a comfy evening on the couch.
