Milk & Cookies Pie

One of our fan favorites: Milk & Cookies (with Coffee & Whiskey). Just imagine Tiramisu flipped on its head and Americanized in all the best ways. We take a chocolate chip cookies and soak them in a coffee whiskey syrup. We then layer those in our all-butter pie crust in between layers of mascarpone cream. Then we top it with even more cookies. There's about a dozen chocolate chip cookies in every pie!
