Lemon Meringue Pie but made with that little something extra as we tend to do here at V&G. Our Lemon Lavender Meringue Pie is made with fresh lemon juice and cream to create a luscious, tart filling that is perfectly balanced with the herbal lavender sugar meringue topping. Meringue can be pretty basic; it is just cooked sugar and egg whites after all. Adding lavender makes the meringue it's own special treat, not just something to balance out the tartness of the lemon filling.
