We've revamped our frozen line so these now come in 4 pack bags that are 100% BPI Certified compostable. All you need to do is pull these croissants out of your freezer the day before and let them proof overnight. By the next morning you'll have croissants to freshly bake in your own oven.

Each bag comes with our croissant's ingredient listing and detailed instructions so have no fear - bake one or bake them all. It's up to you. We do all the hard work, you take all the credit.
