Carrot Coconut Custard

This baked custard is made with pureed carrots, coconut milk, turmeric and, cinnamon. It is one of our most requested pies and has gained quite a cult following. Trust us when we use veggies in our pies. We wouldn't make something just for Instagram likes and funny stories. It's similar in texture and technique to a pumpkin or sweet potato pie and you like those, don't ya? See what all the hype is about and maybe get one for the Easter Bunny while you're at it.
