It’s officially back for the year, our Caramel Apple Pie. We lightly cook apples in a caramelized sugar, then they're tossed with classic flavors like cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves and baked with an oatmeal crisp topping. Not needing refrigeration, it's a great pie to bring to a picnic or for that long car ride to grandma’s.
