Milk & Cookies Pie

Did you know, we make cookies every day for our neighbors, Nellie's for their ice cream sandwiches? But, why should they have all the fun? Introducing our new Milk & Cookies (with Coffee & Whiskey). Just imagine Tiramisu flipped on its head and Americanized in all the best ways. We take a chocolate chip cookies and soak them in a coffee whiskey syrup. We then layer those in our all-butter pie crust in between layers of mascarpone cream. Then we top it with even more cookies.
