Berries and Cream Pie

We bought so many local strawberries from Untiedt's  this year so we can have a little summer all year round. A tart, sweet, and rich sour cream custard with whole strawberries is paired with the crunch from our streusel and crispy, flaky pie dough. This pie is shelf stable and will do well out on your picnic table.
