Orange Rhubarb Pie
Rhubarb kicks off the fruit season and we're bringing back our classic Orange Rhubarb Pie. It's a double crusted pie with orange zest and juice. First we let the rhubarb macerate in sugar and then strain and reduce all the liquid. No soggy bottom, but a strong, citrus, and sweet flavor with no mushy rhubarb.
