Lemon Rhubarb Chess Pie
Back for its third year, our Lemon Rhubarb Chess Pie. This tart, silky custard has a fresh rhubarb jam swirled in. It's all about balance with our pies - a little pucker, a little sweet and of course in our all butter crust made with Baker's Field Flour and Hope Creamery butter.
*Note: Depending on how pink our rhubarb is will depend on the coloring of the jam. Sometimes it will not look as pink as the photo here.*
